Fall Track Programs
NVA Track Youth Programs are open to girls and boys in grades 1–8 and are designed for athletes of all levels—from beginners to advanced. Our training focuses on developing speed, strength, proper technique, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Athletes are grouped by age and ability to allow targeted instruction and a positive experience for every participant.

Next Level - Long Jump – Grades 6 - 12
Next Level – Hurdles – Grades 6 - 12
Cross Country - Grades 1 - 8 - Designed for athletes in 1st through 8th grade and focuses on building endurance, strength, and confidence through distance running. Runners will train in a fun, team-oriented environment with experienced coaches to improve fitness and prepare for meets. All meet fees are included in registration. Open to athletes of all skill levels and we break into smaller groups based on age and ability. Athletes will have the option to participate in meets
Dates: August 17 - Late October/Early November
Location: We are waiting on final county approval on the practice site. Last year, we were at Mill Run ES & Eagle Ridge MS during the week and local running paths on weekends with no meets.
Premier Program (3 Days): Athletes in this program have the option to attend all practices and meets. This program generally practices 3 days a week and has the opportunity to participate in meets.
Practice Times: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday from 6 - 7pm. There will be some Saturday trail practices.
Cost: until 7/26 - $249; Late Registration after 7/26 - $299

Flex Program (2 Days): Athletes may attend up to 2 practices a week and have the opportunity to participate in meets. Athletes can choose the 2 days that work best for them and the days can change week to week.
Practice Times: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday from 6 - 7pm. There will be some Saturday trail practices.
Cost: until 7/26 - $199; after 7/26 - $259

Fall Youth Sprint Program - Grades 1 - 8
This program builds strong running fundamentals with a focus on proper technique and mechanics. Athletes will work on developing explosive speed and improving fast-twitch muscle fiber recruitment for better acceleration. Whether you're new to track or looking to compete at a higher level, this program offers targeted training for all abilities. This is a training program and there are no meets.
Dates: August 31 - Oct 24
Practice Times: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday from 6 - 7pm
Location: We are waiting on the field allocation from the county. Last year we practiced at Mill Run/Eagle Ridge MS - These schools share the same parking lots
Program Options - 1-, 2- or 3-day options

Youth Flex Program - 2 days week - Athletes can choose any 2 days a week and the day can vary week to week
Youth Multi Sport Program - 1 day a week - Intended for athletes that are participating in another sport. Athletes can choose any 1 day each week and the day can vary week to week.

Next Level Speed Program - Grades 4 - 8
Speed Training program for athletes in grades 4–8 who are ready to push their speed, agility, and explosiveness to the next level. Athletes will develop proper sprint mechanics, improve acceleration, and build the power needed to perform at their best in any sport. This program is led by Coach Greene, USATF Olympic certified coach, and is perfect for athletes looking to get faster for track or other sports. This is a training program and there are no meets.
Dates: August 24 - Oct 28
Practice Times: Monday & Wednesday from 5 - 6pm
Location: Sports9/NVA Performance Center - 21750 Red Rum #177, Ashburn
Cost: $229 until 7/26; after 7/26 - $259

Fall Long Jump Training - Coming Soon
Sharpen your technique, speed, and power in our specialized Long Jump training sessions. Athletes will focus on approach mechanics, takeoff explosiveness, and landing efficiency to maximize distance and consistency. This program is led by Coach Greene, USATF Olympic certified coach.
Dates: Sept 1 - Oct 27
Practice Times: Tuesday: 6 - 7pm

Cost: $199 - Payment Plan - $49 due at time of registration; $75 on August 24th; $75 on September 2nd
Fall Hurdles Training - Coming Soon
Take your hurdling to the next level with sessions that sharpen form, speed, and race strategy. Athletes will develop proper hurdle technique, improve sprint mechanics, and gain the confidence to attack each race with power and efficiency. This program is led by Coach Greene, USATF Olympic certified coach.
Dates: Sept 3 - Oct 24.

Youth Elite
The Elite Program is designed for youth athletes competing at a higher level and requires a strong commitment to track. This team is by invitation only. Our coaches will continuously evaluate athletes throughout the season, offering opportunities for high-performing athletes to join the Elite Team.
